On being mobbed

The account of an ongoing bid to harass a legal tenant out of her Seattle neighborhood

Next up: Mobber in the middle

The mobbers are all over me in Albany this week when the authorities should be all over them. By what stretch of the imagination is it okay to tamper with the neighbor’s power to create an illicit and unsafe power line connection and put rogue data on the household wiring? And where in the United States is it legal to criminally stalk, assault and terrorize people in their homes to force properties to sale? There should be no city in the United States that allows crooks–not even the neighborhood watch–to radiate their neighbors and subject them to continuous assault. So let’s continue to make clear exactly what these criminals do to their victims. Earlier posts have contained heat maps showing what I believe is a hostile configuration of WiFi networks and rogue access points around me. I’ve talked about how WiFi extenders and access points might be used to execute exploits of surveillance or harassment but haven’t shown how. Coming up, I’ll give you a specific example of an exploit that, with a WiFi extender, isn’t much of a stretch, not even for a mobber who “can’t code his way out of a paper bag” as some software developers have worded the insult. Next up, or the next after, we’ll talk about the mobbing version of a man-in-the-middle (MITM) attack: The mobber in the middle.

Stay tuned.

  1. This is happening in south Australia now and the criminals think they can force the sale of the land by terrorising.
