[Note 11/24/21: Also in the next blog, I will try to add information about the implications of being mobbed over battery power and how the criminals who euphemistically call themselves “mobbers” try to maintain control when victims limit their use of household power. To get some information out now, and in hopes that some authorities somewhere will finally begin to arrest and question some involved in the network of those who mob, it’s clear that mobbing affects DC-powered devices and devices that rely on battery power–including medical devices like CPAP machines and even oxygen providers. It’s unclear whether medical machines are the usual casualties of mobbing or whether their use identifies ready victims to criminals whose numbers do include medical professionals who presumably have knowledge of the implications of tampering for these victims as well as the understanding of the workings of medical equipment. But for someone whose life relies on medical equipment, attacking a battery conceivably goes beyond tampering to attempted murder. If mobbing is a method of turning over houses for speculation, does the inclusion of those allied with neighborhood watch, militia, hate or conservative Christian or anti-choice groups indicate a systematic and clandestine effort to rid communities of those with liberal politics? Is it a way to frighten or kill off those who are most vulnerable by remote methods delivered from next door? When mobbing victims discover that electricity is involved, when they alert PG&E and Seattle City Light and those in city government to no avail, when they are forced to limit their use of power and get by on power stores, the criminals who are involved freely continue because they are succored by the civil society they sucker. Without household power to boost, interfere with, degrade and burn you with, they appear to “tune” on or attempt to draw power or somehow boost the batteries you use to protect yourself. They attempt to run down battery charge by using the DC current or the tuners in the devices they power to continue to carry rogue sound. Shielding everything appears to be quite difficult. In addition to tampering with intent to harm and charges related to the creation of malicious mayhem or domestic terrorism, can mobbers be prosecuted for trespass or theft of power? While these are lesser charges, perhaps the use of WiFi extenders over property lines and controlling the devices and appliances within others’ homes might provide a way to open the door to prosecuting this kind of predatory crime.]
About six months back, I had an electrician over to the Albany house to give me an estimate on a few updates to the electricity. I’d come to the conclusion by then that the mobbers leveraged household electricity to create an illicit powerline connection in their drive to evict. I was also curious to see if an electrician might have heard about similar harassment in the area. When we got to talking, he told me he’d been told about some kind of generator that was used to “make sounds.” It didn’t mean much to me at the time.
When I published part 2 of The mobbers’ “World Wireless System” about a week back, I thought I’d pick up on part 3 this week. But things are busy. In Seattle where I am right now, there’s that wintertime chill in the air, moss needs to be scraped from the roof shingles, and the earth is carpeted with wet leaves. I’ve no choice but to use the heat, though I avoid the use of the forced air the mobbers appear to count on to circulate what might well be direct current or otherwise dirty electricity throughout the house as some noxious substrate for rogue access points, sound, and the uncommon behavior of everyday devices.
That’s what part 3 is going to be about in the end–the likelihood that, underneath the covers, the current that makes whole-house mobbing and mobile mobbing one thing might be direct current and the DC bus and grid. I don’t have the expertise to do more than speculate but, if that’s the case, the direct current might be the carrier current that gets high-frequency sound onto all powered devices that use direct current motors or power stores. And the carrier current, the DC, could be discharged by a generator or a power store–maybe even a Tesla wall–and then expelled by forced air or other current and radiated onto the conductive copper wires of the victim home. The rogue sound–the pressure waves–ride on the direct current. This means that all the transmitters–cellular, WiFi, television or what have you–have to be within range of the source of the carrier current and the WiFi extenders and access points that appear to be used to collect it or to focus it on the best points of distribution within the victim home–these, again, are appliances that have forced-air capabilities with low-voltage DC fans like the refrigerator, or circulating capabilities like a central heating system, or perhaps radiating capabilities of the hot water heater if there isn’t some low-voltage pump in the water system that might be more likely to get the job done. You get electrical interference and the option to tweak the victim experience for the occasional shock, if not by boosting and creating interference, maybe by positioning a spark-generator or charging device along some WiFi extender so that it overlays victim devices or the victim’s electrical service. And because the criminal harassment is distributed over multiple systems, it becomes that much more difficult to “put together” and prosecute.
Of course, I don’t have the expertise to do more than speculate based on my experience, observations, and the research I’ve been able to digest while effectively being battered in my home. But when I get around to finishing part 3, this is what I will probably suggest. I’m putting it out there now because the expertise is out there to understand how this works, and to finally put a stop to a predatory criminal scheme and hate crime that is used to turn over properties and to ruin the health and the lives of those who are taken as victims.
It’s after 3:00am and the high-powered fan on the external air-conditioning unit of the dark north mobbing house is churning away outside in the cold; there’s a draft and I hear the laughter of mobbers and their murmurs as they begin to work the graveyard shift. I’m just trying to give you the pieces. You can put it together.
