It’s a pity that crime victims must resort to the use of the web to get justice, but given the corruption of local government and the state of policing in America, women who try to report predatory felony crimes with digital aspects are likely to end up stripped of Fourth Amendment liberty rights with challenges to their competency.

Unfortunately, WordPress.com has “retired” the Elemin theme I was using. This meant that when I saw conversion issues popping up, I could not revert.
