In the past weeks I took measures that make clear how a significant portion of the mobbing harassment occurs at the house in the City of Albany, California. And as the measures I took made it difficult for the mobbers to harass me in the Albany house in the same manner and with the same intensity, they sought to enlist not only the City of Albany and Albany Police in forwarding their goals, but the trust my mother established and the arborist I paid to resolve a recent problem with a tree. They took fencing that my family paid for that had stood for decades, and when I asked the Albany Police about the destruction and theft of property, the police said they were entitled to claim even the wood. They destroyed my mother’s rose bushes when they could have been pruned back and moved, and the police just walked away. They did these things in the most destructive and harassing manner possible and the Albany Police legitimized it. [Note 08/17/23: Apparently the FBI arrested police officers from two East Bay departments today “in connection with a corruption scandal.” Maybe they should drop by Albany. Based on what I’ve experienced, there are at least a few officers in the Albany Police Department engaging in extracurricular stalking and harassment in attempts to frighten women out of their homes.]
The establishment of their asserted property line was never the goal. Harassment that was meant to intimidate, frighten and evict long preceded any “property dispute.” The goal in cases like this is to use anything possible to force the turnover of property. Today in Albany, there was the pretense of a civil claim pursued without entering a courtroom. Tonight the harassment into the house continues. [Note 08/18/23: The events of yesterday opened up a straight line on the south side of this house, allowing for easier deployment of directional technologies from the sidewalk and even across the street. The quality of the harassment was changed this morning.] On another day or in another place, it’s lies that a resident is unstable, has a criminal history, deals cocaine (as the neighborhood watch falsely reported about a couple in a single-family home on my street in Seattle), or “won’t even park in her own driveway” (that would identify me, though it was never true. I parked in my own driveway. And I parked elsewhere on public streets as civil law permits all of us to do). These neighborhood watch groups and block coordinators sell the souls of their cities to real estate developers, and they pillory you for clinging to your civil rights while they sabotage your home in ways that can kill, ways that have stolen my time and are almost certainly shortening my life. All of this could have been avoided if women weren’t a victim class. It’s time to take our heads out of the sand. If you want to prevent hooliganism on the national level, you need to stop it on the local level.
This time, in addition to having copious video of the same three male players who broke the fence in the side yard as well as of the Albany Police who claimed to be on a “civil standby” that was apparently limited to ensuring that I did not trespass onto the property of the contractor family, I’ve got some handy-dandy footage of the Albany block coordinator and the lowlife to the north, the lowlife sitting in a lawn chair in his oil-stained driveway and waving, exchanging greetings with the contractor family (Thumbs up!), and helping the Tesla owner videotape me as I documented their bad deeds. I’ll be sending some of these not-so-flattering images to the City of Albany to help them gain insight into the activities and associations of at least one of their block coordinators.
Gosh, it would be nice if the Berkeley branch or Bay Area office of the ACLU took a greater interest in real estate mobbing than the Seattle branch did when I tried to get help from them. I will, however, be sure to provide information to the branch of the Alameda Prosecutor’s Office charged with investigating real estate fraud about the role of the City of Albany and the Albany Police in advancing dangerous real estate scams that use generators, furnaces and wireless services to create “haunted house” effect and fraudulently evict.
