In the early morning I wake to the sound of water rolling in on a low-pressure drain or sewer line and with it, the sounds of the mobbers’ prattle and verbal abuse. Without roommates I’ve been leaving the water off to inhibit the mobbing exploits. So they supply their own. Some of the time, that’s mine. Last year with the water off one night, I heard the sound of the water whooshing in at high pressure as they enabled the valve. That was also around the time I heard one mobber telling another in the early morning, “She keeps the gas off.” That was before I got rid of the natural gas service and converted to electric appliances.
In this case, water becomes the carrier current in pipes that move radio frequency waves of verbal abuse into the environment of the mobbing victim. At least, that’s how I think the carrier current transmission works in this case.
Water isn’t all they’re moving. Some sort of particulate or aerosolized poison or toxin wafts into the air with the verbal abuse and comes up the pipes. The infiltrate is often preceded by the beeping sounds of some kind of vehicle or equipment moving into position. I get up to open windows or close them, to flush or drain some of the water I left standing in basins the night before, to enable or increase the air purification in the house and change the direction of operating fans.
I think about mobbers flooding the drainage system that runs around the house like a moat with rat poison, weed killers or insecticides. I think about the irrigation system my mother had installed when she could no longer keep up the garden, the irrigation lines buried in the dirt and running close to a fence line that moved when the contractor family tore down a fence my family built decades back and installed their own, taking some of the irrigation system onto their side as the Albany Police looked on in “civil standby.” I think about poisons that are commonly found in homes; the poisons they would use in a variation on a living-off-the-land exploit or attacks that hide in plain sight. I consider whether they hope to run rats into the homes of their victims.
However clever they think they are, with a city that abhors predatory crime and these criminal rings—apparently not the City of Albany, California—investigation is possible. When there are carbon monoxide poisoning deaths in Albany or other mobbing towns, look for the generator next door, look for trace amounts of poisons pumped into low-pressure plumbing lines, look for victims defamed and discredited out of reporting to the biased police force of a corrupt city trying to protect themselves by disabling their utilities. Look for right-wing perpetrators and possible connections to militia or anti-choice groups. The toxins mobbers use to frighten and harm their victims might not be expected in air purification systems or in higher concentrations in plumbing systems that carry water out of the house instead of into it. The filters in air purification or whole-house air cleaning systems should be removed and analyzed. Even the venting systems in a house could be inspected. The equipment that sounds before poisoned water is deployed might be attached to a truck whose movements can be tracked. There is a forensic for mobbing.
