[01/20/25: I have deemphasized the things the mobbers say in the verbal abuse as they either continue to hammer what they think should be a “friction point” they can use to evict me, or punish me for some wacko interpretation of my perceived sexual history. I should probably reiterate more often than I do, because of incidents of anti-choice “activists” harassing others locally, the things these criminals say as they try to batter and berate me into abandoning my civil rights and handing over the keys to my home. Last night amid the continued sound of ducting opening and closing while my roommate was out of town, there was the insistent claim of a man that at least sounded from somewhere on the south side of the house: “You killed two girls.” This is the repeating claim of numerous of a group of those who join in harassing at least this woman out of her home given the opportunity to do so with impunity. And do these lowlife criminal scum that I do not even know think their words hold meaning for me? Do they think I care what criminal scum like them think? Oh please. This is a situation in which it is patently obvious that anything said is said in an attempt to coerce and defraud me out of my civil rights and liberties, my contracts, and my home. I mourn the possibility that any woman– anyone–would heed their words. If they really believe I have “killed two girls,” I can only wonder how much seed they have spilled in masturbation and nocturnal emission. But last night, when the claim echoed from the north side of the house as I prepared dinner in the kitchen, I responded in the direction of the lowlife house, “You look like the murderers to me.” Note also, that as I pointed out in a few blog entries, some sounds, like hammering and loud crashes for example, may be part of what I’ve called “the mobbers Foley,” as part of a criminal soundscape constructed to unsettle, to frighten and evict and ultimately to discredit. As I’ve learned since first referring to the mobbers’ use of the technique of Foley, at least one of the mobbers has background in virtual reality. We should expect to see more crime using virtual reality and pairing it with artificial intelligence. In fact, I have heard one of the mobbers asking someone he was communicating with in the wee hours if something was “generative [AI],” though it’s possible he was asking about another application.]
As Southern California burned, the Albany house was trenched for a French drain. French drains are typically used to remediate drainage issues in basements and yards. When you’re being mobbed and have a below-grade foundation like that of the Albany house, those attacking your home can use this to their advantage. If you visualize mobbing as a system of interconnected layers similar to the OSI (Open Systems Interconnection) reference model that is applied to networking, the plumbing lines of your house might be primary to the physical layer, the base layer of the stack. In my case, it appears that my mobbing neighbors have leveraged drainage and plumbing lines to attack me, and to attack the house. I’m not ready to write part 4 of the knob-and-tube blog tonight, nor do I have the time to get into what I’ve unfortunately learned about the mobbing of plumbing systems. But I do want to share this information with others in my situation as well as with those who possess greater understanding of radio and materials science and who are likely to understand the implications.
The trench work became an opportunity to remove some plastic piping in the yard that belonged to an irrigation system my mother had installed. I had removed or cut the above-ground lines and butchered the electrical connections after the contractor family that bought the house next door broke down a fence at least 25 years standing and repositioned a new one about 15 inches closer to this house. When I objected to the Albany Police (who informed me they were there on “civil standby”) about the destruction of property, the Albany Police said the contractor family owned anything on their side of the repositioned fence. The neighbors taunted me after the installation, informing me they were going to add another camera, and they seemed to be doing that after dark the same night. After they rebuilt the fencing, the contractor family immediately trenched their side. I eventually photographed what seemed to be a camera that had been positioned on the ground as though to detect motion in our side yard through the gap left between the earth and the bottom of their fence.
That plastic drain line went to the pit for a sump pump that had been installed for the irrigation system in a crawl space beneath my mother’s bedroom. I’ve since been told that sump pumps are best installed outside of a house, not within its bounds. This was yet another poorly made “improvement” for which my mother paid.
My mother told me that the sump pump was “burned out.” But based on my later experiences with sleeping in my mother’s bedroom, I suspected that the mobbers might be triggering the pump with water or with the dirty WiFi from a generator. After my plumber pointed out the cord from the sump pump, I had the cord pulled from power. I had heard mechanical sounds during the night that could have been a sump pump and also heard the sound of water being propelled and the sounds of ducting systems opening and snapping shut. From time to time, a cloud of charged matter would permeate the room. Over time it also became clear that the verbal abuse was picking up with the currents of air or water that came into the house.
As I have written in a couple of blogs, attacks on the plumbing system of the Albany house could well have contributed to a plumbing leak from a metal pipe or supply line close to the hot water heater and near the gas furnace in the basement. At the time, both of these major appliances were fueled by gas. The leak remained unknown until my mother’s lung collapsed weeks later. The lung disease that resulted determined the course of my mother’s remaining years and the manner of her death.

The most striking find of the trench work was at least ten feet of severely corroded 4 to 6 inch metal piping beneath a kitchen sink that my mother had moved during a remodel in the 1990s. The stretch of piping ran along the outside of the foundation. There was also a length of heavily corroded metal piping emerging from another side of the house, but the volume of corroded metal was much greater on the back. So too have been the impacts of whatever it is that the lowlife on the north side begin to do on their side of the fence when I am in the kitchen or when I open the back door. It’s possible that a generator is being used to create electromagnetism to conduct over, to heat, and to stress aging metal. It was along this stretch of the house that I repaired three breaks in a 4″ plastic drain line running along the interior side of foundation in the months after my mother asked me to come and tend the house.

I’m posting this now to both alert others in my situation, and to share this information with those who might have greater insight into how these predators sabotage people’s homes. The impact of pulling the corroded metal piping that sat up against the foundation out of the soil was great, though the mobbers are busy trying to find workarounds. It’s also possible that the creation of a drainage trench gives the house some insulation from infrasound that is distributed by ground plane antenna. Either way, the volume of the verbal abuse that is not related to the volume of the speakers in this house was significantly reduced. The removal of the corroded metal piping makes clear, even to someone who is not an expert in antennas or material sciences, that corroded piping can function as a passive radio receiver (Crystal radio). A quick search also turned up a reddit post discussing copper piping picking up AM signal and a sink behaving as a speaker (https://www.reddit.com/r/explainlikeimfive/comments/1aex1xv/eli5_how_did_our_kitchen_sink_faintly_pick_up_am/?rdt=47021). The area of the house where the piping was found was worked by the contractors of my mother’s remodel but the piping seems to have been ignored. I can’t help but wonder whether there are or should be codes on the removal of old metal pipe on the books.
These discoveries underline the fact that mobbing is in great measure a living-off-the-land attack in which mobbers use proximity to understand what your vulnerabilities are and how they can exploit them to turn over your property, whether by civil action or by clandestine assault. But no matter whether you live alone, have a below-grade foundation, or use a medical device, when the City of Albany, California ignores criminal real estate speculators, corrupt block coordinators and the bias of the Albany Police officers who aid them, the fundamental vulnerability is the lack of goodness in the government of this small town.
