Albany doesn’t care

I don’t document the latest in the mobbing every day. One reason for this is that I’m busy trying to survive, to hold onto my job, and to get some respite or spend a bit of time doing something that gives me pleasure or matters to me. I can’t possibly report what I am forced to endure every day because, contrary to what the City of Albany would have you believe, Albany does not care. In Albany, criminals are able to attack women by pumping and aerosolizing toxins in their homes when women disable the utilities to make it difficult to use flows like electricity or water to harass them. And while these criminals attack women in a dangerous manner, the lowlife to the north even chanting,”Die. Die. Die,” they discredit the reports of women simply by lying and claiming women are delusional. And the Albany Police and other men who have their own problems with women welcome it. After all, this is what their buddies want to hear. And even if they know it’s not true, this defamation that strips a woman of her civil rights appears to be satisfying to them, justifying their own failures to be in relationship with women.

Because I cannot document every minute of each day that I am being criminally harassed, let me tell you: On a daily basis including on days like today, I am harassed in bed, through the day, and through the night by male neighbors and their partners on two or more sides, with relief and reinforcement by apparent drive-by or fly-by-night harassers and nearby contractors of whatever kind. The mobbing sound increases when Internet services come on in the morning and decreases with their disablement late at night. Similarly, the encroachment of the mobbing sound increases in the morning as I enable electricity at the breaker and outlet and becomes distant when I disable power at night. And since I’ve no roommates right now, they’ve picked up the pace.

The lack of potential witnesses in the house invites dangerous harassment in which the lowlife next door uses some kind of propulsion to shoot air or water into the house via the low-pressure drain lines or runoff drains poured into the foundation. I don’t know if they’re injecting a charged substrate that can carry radio frequency or clearing the lines to inject some sort of suffocating matter or output from a generator. I don’t know if they’ve burrowed under the foundation and are trying to use hydraulics to break it. Because Albany doesn’t care, and because Albany appears to have a problem with corruption, I don’t call the police. Based on my experiences in the City of Albany these last years and with the Albany Police, I suspect some of them may participate in the gangstalking scam. Apparently they’re bored with their jobs. I am left to protect myself by opening the windows more widely to change the pattern of air flow, or maybe I close some of them. I get up and drain the basins of some of the water I keep in the sinks and the shower to back off whatever it is they’re sending my way. I plug a fan into a power store. I consider whether I should open other windows or try to sleep in another room. I wonder how much my lungs have been damaged by the extremist tactics of criminals who seem to believe they can get away with anything. But for years there has been no question: I will not walk away from my civil rights for criminals, and certainly not for criminals who think they can take what they want from a woman. I will not be abused out of my home.

Today it was 6:00am, give or take a few minutes, when I checked the clock. This morning it was waking to the sound of air or water being shot into some part of the house. And this morning I was fortunate enough that whatever was shot into the pipes didn’t get to me with carbon monoxide or some substance corrosive to the lungs. But perhaps that was because I sleep with windows wide open even when temperatures dip into the forties.

If this sounds crazy, maybe you should read the recent story about a Bay Area man of Chinese descent who attempted to sicken his neighbors by injecting something under the door. It’s the same kind of whacko behavior — doing something so bizarre that no one believes it could happen.

But know that while the City of Albany and the Albany Police do nothing, and the Albany Police are sometimes active participants in attempting to harass women out of their homes, the women who are punished in this way are continually harassed in their beds, subject to sleep deprivation we decry when it is used against prisoners, and have no idea whether in the name of property transfer taxes or some whacko politic, this is the day when what the City of Albany lets a coterie of block coordinators, contractors and profiteers, get away with murder.
