[01/17/22 Note: Those with understanding of infrastructure coupled with radio and antenna capabilities may be quick to consider ground loops, and I’m doing some thinking now about ungrounded generators, ground loops, and the strategic placement of antennas and grounds on properties adjacent to the victim house as well as on the street. I haven’t had the chance to write and am busy with some other things, but with the water supply and sewer project underway in my Albany neighborhood by East Bay Municipal Utility District (East Bay MUD), the topic of ground loops is timely and the appropriateness of aerial inspection and monitoring by drone might also be.]
Hard to believe, but the City of Albany is doing nothing to stop criminal real estate speculators and their lackeys from using a power generator night after night in a criminal attempt supported and perhaps even led by an Albany “block coordinator,” to turn over the home of her longtime neighbors. Household electricity and the use of central heating and other forced air systems helps to distribute and mask “dirty electricity” from a power generator that causes electrical interference, boosts signal and causes medical devices like oxygen providers and CPAP machines to radiate in a harmful manner. Turn off the electricity to minimize the travel of the dirty electricty and rogue sound in the house as I have done and it becomes more and more apparent that the substrate for the rogue sound is likely to be a power generator used to accomplish a crude form of wireless power transfer.
In a recent post I cited the fact that a Berkeley electrician told me that a generator that “makes noise” is being used locally for purposes of harassment. My posts may describe what it’s like to be harassed in this manner. [01/14/22 Note: I do know that signal generators exist and did note at least one time when I was inspecting a Seattle Airtool frame capture, the presence of a vendor OUI that seemed to identify a signal generator. But I think a fundamental enabling factor here, given the electric and radio frequency interference, the involvement of WiFi and WiFi extenders and access points, and so on, is a power generator that probably includes the capacity to create a WiFi access point.] This week I’ve been able to test and verify that something indeed is being piped into my venting system to support the boosting and rogue sound by strategically covering the vents of the central heating system that I am not using inside the house. What those harassing me called “mobbing” may be a scam that is commonly used to stalk and frighten legal residents out of their homes. It’s a dangerous one that must be exposed and stopped.
The dirty electricity is not simply used to provision WiFi into a neighboring home through its venting system but may well be capable of displacing oxygen and killing when used to victimize those using medical devices like oxygen providers. The Albany lowlife in the house next door, the one who openly demanded that I move out and who appears from curbside conversation to be working in cahoots with the local block coordinator, may well have been using the same form of harassment when my relative developed a lung ailment in this house. California Highway Patrol Officers have sued over radiation from radar guns (I misremembered the article and originally said it was walkie talkies. The reference I saw was to radar guns and is described at https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1992-01-13-me-174-story.html. On one hand, the causal factor was dismissed; on the other, police practice changed and lawsuits resulted in awarded damages. Either way, there seems to be some recognition of a condition that is not optimal and a potential liability.] Dirty electricity or “electrical pollution” is reported to cause lung ailments like asthma. [Note 01/14/22: Another benefit of eviction by power generator could be that inhabitants who do not know a generator is in play might conclude their home has high EMFs and be quick to sell. If the rogue sound, audible harassment, and deliberate electrical and radio frequency interference don’t work, perhaps the clouds of dirty electricity will. Gee thanks, to the cities of Albany and Seattle for allowing such block watch captains and coordinators to occupy positions of public welfare. Perhaps I should sleep with a gas mask.] Why would any good city let criminal speculators and profiteers get away with piping the product of a power generator into the venting system of neighboring homes? A power generator that feeds WiFi access points would probably show up in some of the many Airtool captures I’ve provided. Even if it doesn’t, what does it take for a city to respond when legal residents report that city appointees are working with real estate speculators or hate groups to flip others’ houses by effectively poisoning them out of them? What does it take to get the City of Albany or the City of Seattle to recognize that appointed neighborhood watch captains and block coordinators–call them what you will–are engaged in criminal conspiracies that at the least constitute assault and could well kill. Reporting dangerous criminal behavior on the part of city appointees should be enough. A criminal scam that relies on sabotage should enrage those who care about public welfare. A criminal scam whose participants avoid prosecution by claiming their victims are delusional should enrage those who stand for civil and human rights. This site lays the groundwork for an investigation that can stop a dangerous practice that should not occur in Albany, California, in Seattle, Washington, or in the United States. I’ve gathered network data that should be helpful and suggested other ways to detect, document and stop this onerous practice. Why don’t you stop it? No one should have to pay for her home with her life.
I would prefer that the City of Albany finally act to break up the organized crime network that involves at least some of its appointees or workers and is almost certainly connected to those who do the same thing in Seattle and elsewhere. Action on the part of the City of Albany could be pivotal in exposing a dangerous scam that is difficult to report and to prosecute. I would like to stop being harassed in my home and finally get back to my own life. Failing that, in part 4 of The mobbers’ “World Wireless System” and hate culture in Albany, California I hope to detail how a power generator fits in with infrastructure crimes like mobbing and how mobbing may essentially be a predatory scam built on the criminal use of a power generator. Stay tuned.
