[08/08/23 note: Federal authorities should do something about these people sooner rather than later. At least some of those in Albany are burning and aerosolizing substances that should not be taken into the lungs. If nothing is done, those doing this to me will only be emboldened to do it to others. Authorities should be prepared to examine the lungs of their victims. These people are extremists, and they’re being allowed to run amok in Albany.]
The predatory crime of mobbing relies heavily on social engineering. For this reason, I rarely respond to or post comments that people send me. However, last week someone sent me a link to an interesting handout from the website of the National Association for Amateur Radio (ARRL.org). The handout, Resolving Furnace and AC RFI, accompanied Roger Hillson’s 2017 presentation to the Vienna Wireless Society on how furnaces and air conditioning create RFI.
In earlier posts I referred to the role of “noisy” switched-mode power supplies (SMPS) in mobbing (The mobbers’ “World Wireless System” and hate culture in Albany, California (part 3), The mobbers’ “World Wireless System” and hate culture in Albany, California (part 2), and Lighting and mobbers’ living-off-the-land exploits). The induction coil, invented in 1836 by Nicholas Callan, uses switching—interruption of low voltage DC—to generate high voltages through induction (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Induction_coil). The Hillson handout explains how furnaces and air conditioning are noisy by design. The diagrams in this blog are taken from the handout.

In particular, the likelihood of EMI and RFI in furnaces and A/C helps to establish the connection between these noisy fanned systems and the venting that distributes mobbing harassment or haunted house effect to the mobbing victim. It helps to substantiate how mobbing sound travels through fanned devices, venting, and ductwork. It also hints at the trade knowledge required to put the mobbing scam together.

This substantiation might make it harder for mobbing criminals to discredit their victims by defaming them as delusional, as happened to me. And it might make it more likely that your attorney believes you (mine did not) and does not sabotage your case (like mine did, and he really should refund the money I paid him—I could use it to get more of the Albany house off of knob-and-tube).

The handout does talk about how to mitigate the RFI. The assumption is that the RFI is accidental. This is not the case in mobbing.
Mobbing expresses a criminal conspiracy. Mobbing appears to perform best and provide the greatest indemnification to conspirators as a distributed system that is configured across multiple residences and public and private utilities and infrastructure for access to the victim dwelling. For example, relay from the UHF horn antenna a few doors up the block to the lowlife house next door for the ground-plane transmittal of a track of always-on abuse onto the interference-prone video signal of your television tuner as you stream. Mobbing is a platform built on EMI and RFI. Mobbing criminals harvest the interference they can from your environment. This is true of noisy devices. And then they augment. For example, mobbers might deliberately vent furnaces or air conditioning systems that are installed on their own properties over and into your environment.
Mobbers might also take advantage of your use of highly efficient induction technologies. Given the mobber monkey-wrenching of my knob-and-tube electrical system and the opportunistic use of charging bricks, the ballasts of old fluorescents and low-voltage lighting, I am wary of appliances that use induction and generate radio frequency. I don’t want to give the mobbers more to work with in their living-off-the-land assault on my home. I also wonder whether the manufacturer’s requirements for installation advise against the installation of these appliances in knob-and-tube environments and whether home owners should avoid their installation over electrical services that have not been updated from knob-and-tube and properly grounded. Based on what I’ve seen at the Albany house, contractors are happy to install new electrical panels and circuits over knob-and-tube. A bid that includes the additional expense of an electrical upgrade might not be accepted by a home owner who does not understand the implications of going forward without it.

Going forward, cities that want the best for their residents should educate, support and perhaps even assist with infrastructure upgrades that discourage mobbing and bring the community forward. There are funds allocated, for example, for panel upgrades to support the installation of some new technology appliances. It shouldn’t be necessary for cities to allow and even abet criminals who stage years-long assaults on vulnerable residents before “rehabs” that may be low in quality but will certainly be high in price. In the end, housing speculation works only for speculators. Looking the other way while criminal speculators and their lackeys use technology to attack their victims’ oxygen equipment is not good government. Responsible local government should warn residents about the mobbing racket and, at the least, distribute flyers on the kinds of vulnerabilities that increase the likelihood of being a target for mobbing. Even better, municipalities should introduce or support programs to educate residents on vulnerabilities and how to correct them. You can’t stop a predatory crime without warning potential victims. You can’t warn potential victims about crimes you refuse to acknowledge. If the City of Albany requires the use of criminal mobbing practices to sustain itself, residents should petition to annex Albany into Berkeley for a greater tax base and a greater commitment to transparent local government. Small cities may not lend themselves to equitable government.

Sourcing toxic emissions and interference from their own properties, mobbers hide sabotage in civil infractions designed to appear unintentional. Without understanding the technology and discovering the source and method of transport, victim reports are easily debunked. Mobbers quickly deflect with claims that the victim is mentally unstable or harassing them. How about a little carbon monoxide with your RFI? Any asphyxiant gases on the menu? Sound requires a current; an always-on system of abuse requires a current that is continuous.
Shutting off the circuit breaker did not stop the mobbers’ use of the gas furnace at the Albany house. I recently had PG&E turn off the natural gas service. Then I hired a company licensed for HVAC to cut the vents from the furnace and isolate it from the circulation of air. These two measures made a significant difference in the mobbers’ ability to affect my environment. Similarly, the transmission of mobbing abuse was almost certainly the purpose of the Seattle south mobbing house owner lifting an exhaust fan to be squarely positioned opposite the half-light of the side door that faces the refrigerator. Most radio frequency enters the home through windows.
Mobbing is a crime that must be prosecuted.

08/06/23 addendum: Here’s a screenshot that indicates the presence of a Samsung range (“[range]”) this afternoon. I’ve been listening to NPR inside and the mobbing harassment is persistent, emissions included. Identifying information is not shown; however, if it might be relevant, detailed information is available to investigative authorities along with Airtool and Wireshark captures.
