On being mobbed

The account of an ongoing bid to harass a legal tenant out of her Seattle neighborhood

Are you being harassed with radio frequency in Albany, California?

In the last months I found that in Albany, California, at least two neighbors, one of them an Albany “block coordinator,” have been actively coordinating in harassing me in my family home using WiFi and radio frequency over an illicit powerline connection. A “rehab” effort is making its way up and down the street. In Seattle, where I’ve been a tenant, it’s been the members of a neighborhood watch group intent on defaming legal residents and criminalizing their tenancies or attempting to enlist the Seattle Chronic Nuisance Ordinance (CNO) in “clearing by smearing” to turn over rented homes for speculation. In my Seattle neighborhood, the markers of speculation have been increasingly clear since the lifting of the Great Recession with the neighborhood watch captain going on in District Court about the new housing that would be built, and with open civil harassment preceding the onset of harassment into the house that has also turned out to be effected based on an illicit powerline connection in tandem with WiFi and radio frequency. In both cases, the police appear to be enlisted in a “harassment-by-police” effort to intimidate victims into abandoning their legal contracts and acquiescing to forced eviction. In my case, it’s likely there is cooperation based on some kind of network or networking between the police-installed neighborhood watch in Seattle, Washington and the “block coordinator” in Albany, California.

It’s horrendous that police-appointed neighborhood groups would harass local residents out of their homes, apparently for some kind of kickback or profit as well as out of hate, and that the police would look the other way or lend support.

Forced eviction is opposed to our constitutional, civil and human rights. It’s hard to believe that criminal forced eviction for purposes of real estate speculation, for kickbacks or out of hate, by neighbor with police assist, could occur at all in the East Bay or the San Francisco Bay Area given the historic involvement of this community in civil rights movements. The use of tech-enabled and radio frequency harassment to force people from their homes is dangerous and should never occur. The “Havana syndrome” may not be limited to Havana.

When the police don’t want to hear the reports of crimes from those for whom they lack empathy, or from those with whom they disagree, protecting yourself becomes all the more difficult. The use of virtual and real-world social engineering in real estate mobbing makes it dangerous to seek help through social networks. This is why I recently made the flyer linked below. If you’re being harassed in your home with technology or if you are concerned about the investigative authorities paid by our taxes ignoring the criminal use of harmful tech-enabled harassment in the San Francisco Bay Area, in Seattle, or in your own good community, you might want to make a similar flyer and use grassroots methods to increase the chances of being heard by those who may be affected by the same corruption and those who are serious about doing something about it. Predatory crimes like this rely on the silence of victims.
